Terms of Service
1. Who We Are
Agenticly is a trading name of Andrew Hilton, a sole trader registered in England and Wales. You can contact us at hello@agenticly.dev.
By purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. The Service
Agenticly provides pre-built AI agent skill bundles ("Skills") delivered as digital files. Skills are compatible with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, and other tools that support the open SKILL.md standard. We offer the following subscription tiers:
- Standard — £49/mo per team: one team skill bundle, versioned updates, and one custom skill recruit per month.
- All-Access — £149/mo: all five teams, all future teams, versioned updates, three custom skill recruits per month, and brand voice onboarding.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your first payment is taken at checkout and your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable VAT.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
4. Delivery
Upon confirmed payment, your skill bundle will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours. Custom skill recruits are delivered within 5 working days (2 working days for All-Access subscribers).
Delivery is by email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your most recently delivered skill files after cancellation but will not receive further updates or custom skill recruits.
6. Refunds
If your skill files have not been delivered within 30 days of confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund, email hello@agenticly.dev with your order reference.
As our products are digital files delivered electronically, we are unable to offer refunds once the skill bundle has been delivered, except where required by applicable consumer law.
7. Intellectual Property
All Skills and associated materials are the intellectual property of Andrew Hilton trading as Agenticly. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Skills for your own business purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the Skills with third parties outside your organisation. You may not represent the Skills as your own product.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Skills lawfully and in accordance with any guidelines provided. You must not use the Skills to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agenticly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Skills. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee that the Skills will be compatible with every version of third-party tools. We are not responsible for changes made to third-party platforms that affect compatibility.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
