Agenticly is a trading name of Andrew Hilton, a sole trader registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our services.

- Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
- Communications data: any information you send us by email, including support requests and custom skill briefs.
- Usage data: standard server logs and analytics collected by Cloudflare, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- Process your subscription and deliver your skill files
- Send transactional emails, including order confirmations and skill deliveries
- Respond to support and custom skill requests
- Comply with our legal and tax obligations
- Improve our website and service
We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing. We will only contact you with information directly related to your subscription.

- Brevo (brevo.com) — transactional email delivery. Your email address is processed by Brevo to deliver order confirmations and skill files.
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — website hosting, DNS, and CDN. Cloudflare processes standard web traffic data including IP addresses.
- Google (google.com) — email communication via Gmail. Emails sent to or from hello@agenticly.dev are processed via Google's infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we retain data for up to 7 years where required for tax and accounting purposes under UK law. Communications data is retained for up to 2 years.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
